1995
Take-off
The idea for Multisoft was born w Emil Gyllenring and Ivar Algvere studied computer engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. They started the company to deliver their system when asked to design a database system - Multisoft.

2000
Softadmin® sees the light of day
Multisoft took an order from an e-commerce site. The administrative components hidden behind the curtains for products, product groups, pricing, and more are seen as repetitive and boring to work with. Instead, they designed a general motor for everything from lists to forms. The Softadmin® Platform was created.

2004
Long-term partnerships started
Well-known, reputable companies such as national insurance provider Länsförsäkringar and Volvo have ordered solutions from Multisoft – and still do today. This is what we call real long-term partnerships.

2007-2011
Gazelle company four years straight
Multisoft was recognized as a Gazelle company for the fourth year running! This is largely due to our fantastic culture, enjoyable workplace, and well-established on-boarding process that ensures all new hires have the competencies needed to feel good about their work.
2013
Multisoft grows
Multisoft hires their 50th ‘Multisofter’. The company continues to grow hiring more creative consultants with rich technical experience.

2017
Great Place to Work
For the first time Multisoft charted among the highest rankings for ‘Great place to work’ mid-sized Swedish companies. Since then, Multisoft has continued to rank high in Sweden, and now internationally as well, for mid-sized companies!
2020
Multisoft broadens ownership
Multisoft broadened ownership as 19 employees and venture capital investor Segulah bought into the company. Their vision is to make Multisoft a leading provider of custom and preconfigured process-automation solutions for complex business applications, while having the most satisfied customers and employees.

Environmental policy & CSR
Multisoft has always worked for a more sustainable and digitized world, regardless of whether it is taking on projects for a more circular economy, charity, using public transport when visiting customers or prioritizing trains over flights over longer distances.
Everyone in the office is also helped with our source sorting for deposits, paper, cardboard, plastics, metal, batteries and light sources. We also have environmental stations with different containers for all types of recycling above.
