Project plan that leads the way
The project begins with a proposed project plan, which also includes a detailed plan for the first half of the project. We review the project plan with you until all parties are satisfied. When everyone is satisfied, the project plan is approved by the joint project steering group - and the work is underway.
Quick demo of the first system part
Early in the project, you will get the chance to see and feel the system through a demo of the first system part. This system part is created so that it is easy to adjust afterwards, which is exactly what we do after you have tested and provided your feedback.
User support after deployment
After your system has been put into operation, you will receive extra support. The project team that built the system is involved during the initial phase to quickly make any necessary fine-tuning. We can also be available as user support. The project team will gradually hand over to your future advisors, who will both manage and further develop your system in close collaboration with you.
