Our journey – from start to today

1995

How it started

Multisoft was born at KTH when Emil Gyllenring and Ivar Algvere developed a successful database system. It inspired them to create more systems – and Multisoft was born.

2000

Softadmin® takes shape

To avoid repetitive work, Ivar and Emil developed Softadmin® – a tool that automates both customers' processes and our own development.

2004

Long-term collaborations begin

Well-known and respected companies such as Länsförsäkringar and Volvo order solutions from Multisoft and still do so today.

2007-2011

Gazelle company four years in a row

Multisoft is named a Gazelle company four years in a row, largely thanks to our strong culture and effective onboarding of new employees.

2017

Great place to work

Multisoft is included in the top list for Great Place to Work for the first time – a position we still hold in Sweden and internationally.

2020

Multisoft broadens ownership

Multisoft expands ownership with the goal of becoming a leader in system solutions and creating the market's most satisfied customers and employees.

2025

Multisoft celebrates 30 years

Today, we have over 150 employees and have delivered 400+ systems to customers throughout Sweden. We build long-term relationships to identify opportunities, provide expert advice, and deliver valuable solutions – which our Softadmin® consultants are experts in.
