To make it easier for you as an independent provider, we have created clear templates and flows that are easy to follow when you document your participants. If something is missing, we will send a friendly reminder to the responsible supervisor so that they can complete what is missing.

In many of the Swedish Public Employment Service's programs, it is important to follow up that the participant has completed their activity or has been able to keep their job. For participants who are out on longer assignments, it is easy to forget the follow-up. Workbuster reminds you of who needs to be followed up and, if you wish, the system can contact the participant to carry out parts of the follow-up.

We have made it easy to reach and communicate with participants on their terms; you choose whether it should be via SMS or e-mail. You can choose to communicate with several participants at the same time without losing the personal touch.

Financial monitoring and management

In Workbuster, you can manage finances based on KA Webbstöd, Rekvirera, or the Peppol flow. 1. Revenue – Arrives via purchase orders, Peppol orders, or based on attendance (which is marked in the system). 2. Invoicing – We read in self-invoices or generate Peppol invoices. 3. Payments – Payments are read in via xlsx file or csv file. All these parts are displayed in different ways in the financial report, invoice report, and payment report. You can view data per service and/or at participant level. The invoice and payment report also generate accounting orders. In the financial report, you and your colleagues can see locked data for each month; other reports can be searched via any interval. Financial monitoring makes it easy to manage and keep track of your revenues and performance-based payments, whether it goes via Peppol or with self-invoicing and/or requisition.

Peppol

Workbuster has a complete solution for managing Peppol: from orders being created to invoices being sent and then paid out to you. Free connection Connecting to Peppol is easy, and we cover the start-up cost. When your decisions are created in My Pages, Peppol orders are sent to Workbuster, where invoicing takes place continuously for all participants. We ensure that all orders end up on the right decision and have support for all exceptions and error handling that may arise. If your company works with Rusta and matcha, Steg till Arbete, or Career Guidance, your finances can be managed through us. We are also ready to handle all services that AF will start up in the future. We have integration to Fortnox and other financial and accounting systems via our e-invoice operator Qvalia

In Workbuster, you can read in all your decisions via the Excel files you download from the Swedish Public Employment Service's web support. You will then automatically receive your purchase orders directly into Workbuster so that you know the scope of each participant's assignment. When it is then time to invoice, the self-invoices you created in the Webbstöd are read directly into the system and checked off against the payment reports.

As the compensation in Rusta och matcha is based to a greater extent on results, it becomes more important to work efficiently.
