Jobs in the Softadmin® Integration Platform can be configured to run daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Monday to Friday, on selected dates, or manually only.
Encrypted login credentials
Middleware needs to log in to other systems to retrieve and send information. Today, it goes without saying that stored passwords must be protected with encryption.
Communication methods
File-based transfers can be carried out in many ways, including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, or mounted file shares/Windows shares. (The Softadmin® Integration Platform also supports FTP and HTTP, though other options are recommended whenever possible.)

All jobs need monitoring. When something goes wrong, the Softadmin® Integration Platform clearly indicates where in the process the error occurred and stops further execution. In this way, the system avoids causing incorrect updates.
Validation checks before updates
The Softadmin® Integration Platform can perform validation checks to detect common types of errors. Is the login working? Do we have read and write permissions? Is the number of records in each file reasonable? Is the correct number of fields present? Can the XML be parsed? Do first names appear in the first name field?
Simple logs
Logs with detailed operational information are presented both on each system integration’s individual log page and in the system’s overall log, making it easier to view information in the right context.
