User's view

Each user has a Home page that is customized based on both the user's role and ongoing cases. The coach manages each participant in an easy-to-overview interface where all information about the participant is gathered. Here, the coach can both direct what the participant should do and document information about skills, daily notes, etc., making it easy to follow up on their participant.

• Activities – Plan, execute, and follow up on activities easily for both the coach and the participant.
• Checklist for the coach – A reminder list that is automatically created and always available with the most important points at the top.
• Documentation – Gather notes, activities, documents, templates, and more in one place to best make information available and facilitate reporting.
• Participant portal – The participant's own portal where they can see their activities, schedule, documents, and notes.

Participant portal

With the participant portal included in Softadmin® CBR, the participant can access their schedule, contact information for the coach, and can check off activities themselves, write comments, upload their latest CV, or download course information

When the coach chooses to give the participant access, a direct link is sent via email to the participant. The interface in the portal is responsive and can therefore be displayed on both computers and smartphones.
