FocusNeo wanted a system that could merge and replace several different system solutions into one, with customized functionality for case management.
FocusNeo is an innovator in its industry, which also means that the business needs to be flexible and able to meet new demands and technologies.
"Previously, we had Superoffice as CRM, an external sign database, external time reporting, and a plethora of different Excel sheets. We needed to merge several systems into one," says Mikael Granöö, CEO of Focus Ljusreklam.
Mikael Granöö was the CEO of Focus Neo from 2000-2013, but is now the CEO of the parent company Focus Ljusreklam AB. In search of a suitable supplier that could both replace existing solutions and merge them into one solution, Mikael also sought a solution for case management. All this at a reasonable price.

During the implementation, Mikael Granöö was very involved in his role as the client and requirement specifier, while the business could continue to focus on its tasks.
However, he was careful to let the business have an influence. "The entire business is, in many ways, involved in this solution. The users have been involved from the start and provide suggestions for improvements. It feels important."
