Multisoft has been recognized as one of Sweden's Best Workplaces™ 2025 by Great Place to Work®. The award is based on the world's largest employee survey where organizations are evaluated and ranked based on their employees' experiences of leadership and level of trust, among other factors. In this year's ranking, announced at a gala at Berns in Stockholm on April 24, Multisoft placed eighth in the medium-sized organizations category with 50-249 employees.

Recognition Based on Employee Experience
Sweden's Best Workplaces™ is awarded by Great Place to Work®, the global leader in workplace culture analysis and development. The ranking is based on their annual employee survey where staff share their experiences of the workplace culture. The evaluated criteria include leadership, fairness, respect, credibility, pride, and camaraderie. Out of thousands of organizations surveyed, only 65 are named Sweden's Best Workplaces™.
