Several systems are connected with Softadmin® snippets

Challenge

With ever-increasing demands for efficiency built on digital solutions and with an operation where virtually all members are users in one way or another, the central IT organization was put to the test. An IT department that is also exclusively staffed by volunteers.

As an existing supplier and partner, Multisoft was one of the possible alternatives for the solution. The Swedish Order of Freemasons' IT department wanted to find the solutions that would help the members in the future but also get a supplier who was willing to take a comprehensive approach in supporting the organization's digital operations.

Comprehensive commitment

The Swedish Order of Freemasons now has six different Softadmin® systems. The systems are integrated with each other, where each part of the operation has been allowed to control the system that will support its own operation. This has meant that each system is optimized for exactly what that system should be good at.

“The architecture we have developed together with Multisoft minimizes duplication of work and feels future-proof,” says Anderbjörk. ”The snippet functionality means that we can work with a common user environment while the detail systems can be optimized more and more for the respective administrative tasks they are to support.”

The members have access to their part of functionality, information and the systems via the website, which is also largely driven by Softadmin® via the built-in snippet engine that ensures that the right information is presented in the right place for the right member.
