We implement a wide variety of safety measures, put in place for when a user leaves, submits, or requests access to their own information, in order to secure your personal information. Any possible transaction of information (for e.g., a lecture or other event) is completed and delivered via a partner and is neither stored nor processed using our own servers.
For how long do we store collected information?
We keep your personal information as long as it is needed in order for us to provide the services which you have signed up for or which match your interests. We aim to delete all personal information that is no longer used for the purpose for which it was collected. We also aim to not keep this data for longer than two years. Multisoft can, however, store information longer if required for legal purposes. De-identified data may be stored for statistical purposes.
